Estes Industries is seeking an Account Sales Representative to generate new business and grow assigned customer accounts. The role includes prospecting, account management, quoting, negotiating, order entry, and sales reporting, with occasional travel to customers and industry events.

You will build relationships, manage an active pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and other departments to run sales campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of sales, account management, or business-development experience.
• Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Experience with outbound prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing sales.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, customer visits, trade shows, and sales campaigns.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding their business, identifying opportunities, and expanding product and program sales.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through quoting, negotiation, and close.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, product recommendations, and sales presentations.
• Enter customer orders accurately and maintain current account, contact, pricing, and sales records.
• Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and account updates.
• Use company reporting tools to evaluate account performance and prioritize sales activity.
• Represent Estes at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Meet assigned revenue, margin, new-business, and account-growth goals.
