Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative in Fremont, CA to focus on product line growth within existing customer accounts. You will prospect, cold call, set appointments, present programs, and work to meet a sales quota.

You will transport product samples for presentations and coordinate with Service Representatives to leverage relationships and increase sales. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals and sales activity requirements.
• Sell a range of products and services to significant customers.
• Develop an annual sales and marketing strategy for the fiscal year.
• Use sales tools, collateral, and product samples to drive outcomes.
