Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with safety codes, product attributes and procedures.
• Business, financials, sales and safety principles awareness.
• Proficiency with technology to drive new business activity.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills in-person and by phone.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; background check requirement.
• Certifications may be required in some regions.

• Assists in developing new business opportunities through cold calls and leads.
• Uses CRM to document activity and track results.
• Maintains contact with prospects via in-person sales calls and phone blocks.
• Develops new appointments through territory prospecting and scheduled phone blocks.

• Observes and benchmarks peers to replicate best practices.
• Consistently adds new business within assigned territory.
