Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking an Account Executive to grow our commercial pest management business in New Jersey. You will prospect, cold-call, and network to win new accounts while maintaining a customer-focused service approach.

You will learn Rentokil’s programs and pricing, present proposals, and close sales with strategic customers across hospitality, food, healthcare, and retail sectors. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Sell pest management solutions to commercial customers and provide preventative maintenance.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery of outstanding service solutions.
