Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail.

You will learn our programs and pricing, prospect new clients, and drive revenue growth through strategic territory development. The role includes a comprehensive training program, a strong commission structure with uncapped earnings, and travel within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Two years of B2B sales experience preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions to commercial clients.
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth and ensure service delivery.
• Maintain sales activity in the CRM.
