T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive in Business Team Sales to drive growth in underserved markets by acquiring new small-business accounts (1-9 employees). You will sell wireless solutions and services, prospecting through calls, networking, and referrals to exceed monthly quotas.

The role emphasizes hunter activity, solution-based selling, and ongoing product training. Travel is required, and base pay ranges with incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Sell wireless solutions: price plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
• Create effective sales approaches, proposals, and solutions.
• Utilize sales force automation and report on sales activities.
