Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales to drive new business in underserved markets and exceed monthly sales targets.

This hunter role focuses on acquiring new accounts (1-9 employees) through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within an assigned geographic territory. You will analyze customer needs and tailor wireless solutions, navigate deal negotiations, and grow the customer base while participating in product training and sales meetings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value with solution-based selling.
• Negotiate and close deals.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and grow the customer base within a territory model.
