Job summary

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to join the National Accounts team. This remote role serves Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana, partnering with Inside Sales to grow strategic customer relationships and deliver cloud-based solutions, training, and services.

The ideal candidate excels in consultative sales, manages complex cycles, and travels about half the time to strengthen relationships and drive growth. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
• Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
• Knowledge of Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a portfolio of national accounts through strategic relationship management.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps to identify opportunities and expand relationships.
• Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and tailor solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements for mutual outcomes.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity to implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for navigating evolving safety and compliance requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and proactively resolve issues.
