Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive in Iselin, New Jersey, to drive new business while growing an existing client portfolio. This consultative role requires building strong client relationships, delivering product demos, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Ability to build relationships and conduct in-person meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to CRE industry and beyond.
• Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients.
• Own end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate a professional network.
