Job summary

CoStar Group in the United States seeks an Account Executive to sell new business and grow a client portfolio through the value of CoStar products. This consultative role focuses on building relationships and managing the full sales cycle from start to finish.

Ideal candidates excel in client management, exceed sales targets, and demonstrate strong communication with brokers, owners, and CRE professionals to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• A track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting value of CoStar products to CRE industry.
• Manage and expand your client portfolio for ongoing growth.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite and market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Build relationships with brokers, owners, corporations and investors.
