Top Prospect Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in payroll and HR software solutions. The role focuses on building relationships, presenting tailored product demos, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle from outreach to close.

The position offers a base plus uncapped commissions, with remote or hybrid options and some travel. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales environment.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience selling software, payroll, HR, SaaS, or business services is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Identify and engage decision-makers to understand their payroll, HR, and workforce management needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial outreach through close.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Attend occasional trade shows and industry networking events.
