Job summary

805title is expanding with an Account Executive seat for Ventura County. You will own the territory across Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo and nearby communities, building trusted relationships with agents and title professionals.

This is a performance-driven role with daily appointments, a structured prospecting routine, and a focus on delivering a real competitive edge through our product suite. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, coachable, and committed to becoming the go-to title rep

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in professional sales, capable of developing and closing your own business.
• Experience in title, mortgage, or real estate is a plus but not required; strong sellers from other fields welcome.
• Ability to build trust in a community-driven market.
• Self-managed, coachable and motivated by commission income.

805title is adding a dedicated Account Executive seat for Ventura County and we want the right person in it.

This isn’t a warm-up role. This is a territory with real upside for someone who brings discipline, a strong personal brand, and a genuine commitment to becoming the go-to title rep in this market.

What you’ll do:

• Own the Ventura County territory, including Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, and surrounding communities

• Build and maintain a roster of Power Partners sending consistent recurring title and escrow orders

• Run daily agent appointments and a structured Hour of Power for prospecting and follow-up

• Represent a product suite that gives agents a real competitive advantage in their own business

• Track everything in LYTI, pipeline, orders, income, all visible in real time

Who we want:

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you had to find, develop, and close your own business

• Title, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus but not required, we welcome strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background

• Someone who understands how to build trust in a community-driven market

• Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by commission income
