Job summary

805title is expanding into San Diego with a focused Account Executive role built for someone who knows how to compete in a market that rewards consistency and personal credibility. You will own and grow a San Diego territory through outreach, appointments, and relentless follow-up.

We expect 1–2 years in professional sales, a background in any consultative field, and a drive to build a book of business from scratch.

• Use LYTI to track your pipeline, orders, and income in real time
• Represent a product suite that gives agents tools their current title rep can't offer

What you'll do:

• Own and grow a San Diego territory through direct outreach, agent appointments, and consistent follow-up

• Represent a product suite that gives agents tools their current title rep can't offer

Who we want:

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you had to find and close your own business

• Title or real estate experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We welcome strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background.

• Comfortable operating in a high-activity, relationship-first environment

• Self-directed, coachable, and motivated by commission income
