Job summary

805title is expanding in Santa Barbara by adding a dedicated Account Executive. You will own the Santa Barbara territory, develop relationships with power partners, and drive recurring title and escrow orders.

This is a performance-driven, commission-heavy role requiring discipline, a strong personal brand, and a commitment to becoming the go-to title rep in the market. You will prospect, close, and contribute to statewide growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in professional sales.
• Sales experience in any field with proven ability to develop and close business.
• Title, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong community trust-building in a local market.

Responsibilities

• Own the Santa Barbara and South Santa Barbara County territory.
• Build and maintain a roster of Power Partners sending recurring title and escrow orders.
• Run daily agent appointments and a structured Hour of Power for prospecting and follow-up.
• Represent a product suite that gives agents a real competitive advantage.
• Track everything in LYTI, pipeline, orders, income, all visible in real time.

805title has been serving this market for years. Now we're adding a dedicated Account Executive seat and we want the right person in it.

This isn't a warm-up role. This is a territory with real upside for someone who brings discipline, a strong personal brand, and a genuine commitment to becoming the go-to title rep in this market.

What you'll do:

• Own the Santa Barbara and South Santa Barbara County territory
• Build and maintain a roster of Power Partners sending consistent recurring title and escrow orders
• Run daily agent appointments and a structured Hour of Power for prospecting and follow-up
• Represent a product suite that gives agents a real competitive advantage in their own business
• Track everything in LYTI, pipeline, orders, income, all visible in real time

Who we want:

• 1 to 2 years in professional sales, in any field where you had to find, develop, and close your own business
• Title, mortgage, or real estate experience is a plus but not required, we welcome strong sellers from pharma, payroll, health and fitness, or any consultative sales background
• Someone who understands how to build trust in a community-driven market
• Self-managed, coachable, and motivated by commission income
