Connectly Recruiting is seeking an Account Executive for an AI-powered industrial and supply chain technology solution in the United States. The role focuses on new business development, engaging manufacturing and procurement leaders, and guiding complex SaaS/AI sales cycles from discovery to close.

You will work closely with executive leadership to shape sales strategy, demonstrate value, and accelerate growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success with a hunter mindset.
• Experience selling to manufacturing/industrial/procurement/supply chain.
• Strong consultative selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial with pipeline-building drive.
• Experience selling SaaS/AI/ERP/procurement tech or industrial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business within industrial and manufacturing organizations.
• Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and operations decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, uncover business challenges, and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on demos, proposals, and closing opportunities.
• Help refine sales strategies, messaging, and processes as the company expands.
