Zaddy Solutions is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business development in industrial AI and supply chain tech. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with procurement and operations, and drive consultative sales cycles.

Work with executive leadership and technical teams on demos, proposals, and closing deals, while shaping sales strategy and processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success with a strong hunter approach.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial professional who builds pipeline and closes deals.
• Experience selling SaaS, AI, ERP, procurement tech, or industrial solutions is attractive.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business within industrial and manufacturing.
• Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and operations decision-makers.
• Lead consultative sales conversations and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
