Top Dog Recruiting is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in industrial AI and supply chain technology. You will hunt opportunities, engage procurement and operations leaders, and translate complex challenges into compelling AI-enabled solutions.

You will partner with executive leadership to shape the sales approach, run consultative conversations, and help close strategic deals that accelerate growth in manufacturing and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success with a hunter mentality.
• Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, procurement, or supply chain sectors.
• Strong consultative selling skills navigating long, multi-stakeholder cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and win new business within industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Build relationships with procurement, sourcing, supply chain, and operations leaders.
• Lead consultative conversations and demonstrate value of AI/SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with executives and tech teams on demos, proposals, and closing deals.
• Help refine sales strategies, messaging, and processes as the company grows.
