Job summary

UKG in Little Rock, Arkansas is seeking a Sales Consultant to consistently exceed sales quotas and present HCM/WFM products to final decision makers within an assigned territory.

You will maintain product knowledge, develop proposals based on customer needs, and collaborate with support teams to close deals; 1-3 years of selling success preferred; familiarity with SaaS solutions encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS industry.
• 1-3 years of proven success in a selling role.
• Experience selling WFM/HRMS/Payroll solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
• Present HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
• Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM/WFM products and services based on their technical needs
