Job summary

Association Headquarters in Alexandria, VA seeks Account Executives to lead the operations of assigned organizations, manage member services, conferences, and financials while guiding staff and volunteers to deliver AH’s scope of services within contracted fees.

You will report to the Relationship Office and the organization’s Board, adhere to policies and accreditation standards, and travel up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in nonprofit or association membership management is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of assigned organizations, including member services and conferences.
• Oversee financial management and staff leadership for AH teams.
• Coordinate with volunteer leaders and Board to deliver contracted services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and governance.
• Participate in staff meetings and business development activities.
