Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of direct experience in hospitality, nonprofits, associations, or a related field.
• Association or nonprofit management experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for members and stakeholders via email, phone, and mail.
• Process membership records, renewals, and related updates in databases.
• Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage databases, records, reporting, and general administrative functions.
• Support conferences, workshops, and webinars with logistics and attendance lists.
• Assist with board meeting preparations and materials.
