Audacy in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will develop new business, build relationships with regional decision-makers, and design multi-platform advertising campaigns across radio, streaming, digital, and events to drive client success.

We offer a base salary of $80,000 to $110,000 with unlimited commission, on-site work in LA, and a comprehensive benefits package. If you’re a hunter with a passion for media sales, this is your role to earn big.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of media sales experience (radio & digital preferred).
• Hunter mentality with ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong understanding of digital, audio, and interactive marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Business: focus on proactively generating new clients and building relationships with local and regional decision-makers.
• Create Winning Campaigns: design multi-channel advertising campaigns across audio, digital, events and e‑commerce.
• Exceed Sales Goals: meet and exceed sales objectives while addressing client needs throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Earn Big: compensation increases with sales performance (uncapped commission).
