Job summary

Audacy San Francisco is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business across radio, streaming, podcasts, and digital marketing. You’ll build pipelines, engage local and regional brands, and craft multi-platform campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This role offers a base salary of $75,000–$100,000 with uncapped commissions, on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000+, and hybrid options while staying on-site in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in media sales, B2B sales, or digital advertising.
• Ability to build a pipeline and close deals.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Opening Doors: Proactively identifying, researching, and pitching new business prospects across the Bay Area and beyond.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Connecting with local business owners, understanding their real pain points, and building custom, multi-channel media solutions that deliver results.
• Owning Your Pipeline: Managing your sales cycle from initial outreach to campaign execution to stay connected to your clients’ results and renewals.
• Hit & Exceed Goals: Staying driven to hit your revenue targets and grow your own income.
