Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our growth-focused sales team in Des Moines, IA.

You will cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, develop pipelines, and coordinate with engineers and partners to deliver winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop Pipeline: Work with real decision makers to assess need, gain agreement on a business case, why we are uniquely qualified, and a decision time frame.
• Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts with services to increase customer lifetime value and profitability.
• Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to construct winning proposals with quotes and business cases.
• Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision makers and close deals timely.
• Market Focus: Identify pipeline in assigned markets including global accounts, utilities, healthcare, and education.
• Collaborate with SMEs to deliver winning proposals and solutions.
• Perform other duties as requested.
