Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to build new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities within the healthcare market.

You will join a dynamic sales team, develop pipeline, craft proposals and close deals, contributing to Convergint's growth and trusted service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years sales experience, focused in Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Account Development: selling to dedicated accounts across physical security integration, cyber, maintenance and managed services as needed.
• Develop Pipeline: work with real decision makers to assess need and build a business case; target-driven pipeline.
• Proposal Construction: lead the pursuit team to craft winning proposals with quotes and business case.
• Presenting & Closing: present proposals to decision makers; manage objections and negotiations.
• Market Focus: identify opportunities in healthcare; tailor messaging to market needs.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, PMs and partners to deliver proposals.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
