Responsabilidades

• Handle calls to PDC’s general sales line with prompt, friendly service.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect new customers through cold calling and other media.
• Analyze customer purchase history to identify growth opportunities and design programs.
• Write orders and provide order tracking information; address questions and concerns on past orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross margin objectives.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests; discuss pricing, terms and delivery dates.
