FleetPride is seeking an OE Inside Sales Representative in Dallas, Texas to drive outbound sales and manage OEM accounts. You will interact with customers, process orders, and collaborate with the OEM sales group to promote products and pricing programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sales or admin roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and present appropriate product solutions.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective OEM customers.
• Prospect for new OEM customers through cold calling and other media outlets.
• Attend trade shows as an OEM Sales Representative and represent FleetPride.
• Review customer purchase history to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop customer-specific programs and presentations.
• Collaborate with the OEM sales group to develop and market new products.
• Handle inbound overflow customer calls and provide appropriate service.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using computer systems.
