FleetPride, the leading after-market distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, is seeking an Account Representative. You will be the voice of the CSC, handling calls and emails, building customer relationships, processing orders, and tracking shipments for FleetPride’s largest regional customers.

You will quote terms, resolve issues, and collaborate with Sales and other departments to maximize margins and service quality.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant administrative experience and customer service exposure.
• Ability to grow into an Inside Sales role.

Responsabilités

• Be the voice of the Customer Support Center for calls and emails.
• Develop relationships, process orders, provide order tracking and resolve issues.
• Provide pricing, quotes, and discuss contract terms with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales to promote product lines and manage offers.
• Maintain reports to drive sales process effectiveness.
• Collaborate with departments to serve client needs.
