Airwallex is seeking a high-performing Senior Fintech Sales professional to expand our US SME footprint. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success—selling payments, cross-border, and spend management solutions.

You'll build deep expertise across our financial technology suite, engage with ecommerce, SaaS, and professional services customers, and collaborate with legal, finance, strategy, and technology teams

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-cycle fintech sales experience or proven success selling into finance departments.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a technical or solution-based selling environment.
• Experience selling to ecommerce, SaaS, spend management, or related businesses.
• Consistent pipeline generation and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, onboarding, and early customer success.
• Build deep expertise across payments acceptance, cross-border payments, billing, and spend management to help SME and Growth customers solve complex financial challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by positioning Airwallex’s financial technology suite around clear customer and business value.
• Partner with legal, finance, strategy, and technology partners to move opportunities forward and support strong customer outcomes.
• Improve the sales motion by developing new verticals, documenting best practices, representing Airwallex at relevant industry events, and setting a high standard through strong performance and teamwork.
