Job summary

Docusign is seeking an Account Executive to develop opportunities and sell services to Education/Non-Profit accounts. The role reports to the Regional Vice President, Sales and is Hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least twice weekly.

You will drive revenue, conduct discovery, tailor proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to expand usage across new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an AE role or equivalent quota-carrying role.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
• Conduct discovery calls to map decision-makers, procurement processes, and IT systems.
• Uncover client needs and map them to Docusign solutions.
• Articulate the value of eSignature and Intelligent Agreement Management to all org levels.
• Draft proposals and negotiate pricing within Docusign guidelines.
• Coordinate internal teams to support customer success and growth.
