Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license and driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and manage client portfolio through the value of CoStar products.
• Build relationships and deliver product demos to CRE professionals.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal and expansion.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and develop long-term client networks.
