Job summary

CoStar Group in Detroit, MI is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and grow a strategic client portfolio within the commercial real estate marketplace. This consultative role requires building relationships, delivering targeted product demos, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

You will work with industry-leading tools, enjoy uncapped commissions, and participate in a supportive environment with onboarding, training, and growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow your client portfolio.
• Manage and expand your portfolio with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to renewal.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for clients.
