This consultative role focuses on building lasting relationships, expanding client portfolios, and driving revenue through end-to-end sales cycles. You will present products, conduct demos, and negotiate terms while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and market knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Candidate must possess a current and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and promote the value of CoStar products to clients.
• Manage and expand your portfolio to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to renewal.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, owners, and investors.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
