Job summary

CoStar Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Account Executive to lead new business development and manage a growing client portfolio within our data and analytics solutions. This consultative role requires building relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to renewal.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B SaaS or data/analytics sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting CoStar’s data and analytics products to CRE professionals.
• Account management: grow and manage a portfolio of clients.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite and CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales, including prospecting, demonstrations, closing, onboarding, and renewals.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, and investors.
