Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to CRE professionals.
• Manage and grow your client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and expansion.
• Lead end-to-end sales including prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding and renewals.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and CRE market to become a trusted advisor.
• Conduct in-person meetings and product demos for brokers, owners, and corporate clients.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and build long-term relationships.
