Job summary

CoStar Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Account Executive to sell new business and manage a growing client portfolio within CoStar Data & Analytics. You will lead the full sales cycle, deliver product demos, and build strong client relationships with CRE professionals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of B2B sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college/university.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing post-sale relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow a client portfolio for CoStar Data & Analytics.
• Conduct product demonstrations and meetings with brokers, owners, corporations, and CRE professionals.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Build long-term relationships and represent CoStar at industry events.
