Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading real estate information provider, seeks an Account Executive in Brooklyn, NY to drive new business and grow a client portfolio. The role requires consultative selling, relationship building, and end-to-end sales execution across CoStar’s product suite.

You will engage brokers, owners, corporations, and CRE professionals, delivering demos, proposals, and tailored solutions to accelerate revenue growth. A strong CRE market acumen is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.
• Current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
• Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients with tailored solutions.
• Develop expertise in CoStar's products and CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, closing, onboarding, training, renewals.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demonstrations.
