Job summary

CoStar Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand an existing client portfolio with CoStar’s data and analytics products. This consultative role emphasizes relationship building, product demonstrations, and closing deals from start to finish.

You will develop deep product expertise, manage accounts post-sale, and represent the CoStar brand at industry events, delivering value to brokers, owners, and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in client management and post-sale activities.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the CRE industry and beyond.
• Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and growth.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the commercial real estate market.
• Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to renewal and onboarding.
• Build relationships through in-person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate a professional network.
