The role requires a track record of meeting targets, a strong consultative approach, and a valid driver’s license. A base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale relationships.
• Current and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and expand your client portfolio.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Develop expertise in CoStar products and the CRE market.
• Lead end-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
