CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage a growing client portfolio in the Brooklyn, NY area. You will engage brokers, owners, and CRE professionals, delivering product demos and end-to-end sales support.

This consultative role rewards performance with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-growing data & analytics platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business and grow your client portfolio across CoStar products.
• Manage and expand client relationships with tailored solutions.
• Own the full sales process from prospecting to renewal and onboarding.
