Job summary

CoStar Group in Denver, CO is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand a growing client portfolio through consultative selling and relationship building. This role emphasizes product demonstrations and end-to-end management of the sales cycle across the commercial real estate market.

You will engage brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and CRE professionals, delivering value with CoStar’s data and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell New Business: identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of CoStar products to CRE industry and beyond.
• Account Management: manage and expand your portfolio of clients for ongoing satisfaction and growth.
• End-to-End Sales Process: handle prospecting, product demos, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals.
• Building Relationships: conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos to brokers, owners, corporations, investors, and other CRE professionals.
• Brand Ambassador: represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate lasting relationships.
