CoStar Group in Irvine, CA is seeking an Account Executive to sell new business and expand a growing client portfolio through CoStar products. This consultative role emphasizes relationship-building, discovery, and turning insights into signed contracts.

You will conduct in-person meetings, deliver product demos to brokers and CRE professionals, and drive revenue growth across the full sales cycle while representing a premier brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college/university.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sell new business by promoting the value of CoStar products to the CRE industry.
• Account management to expand and maintain client portfolios.
• Develop expertise in CoStar products and market.
• End-to-end sales process from prospecting to renewal.
• Build relationships through in‑person meetings and product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate networks.
