Job summary

Guardant Health is seeking an Account Executive - Screening to promote the Shield colorectal cancer (CRC) blood test to primary care providers. This field-based role focuses on driving early cancer detection, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding access to Guardant’s screening solutions.

You will collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to execute sales plans, achieve targets, and support launches of new screening technologies across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of customer-facing sales experience in healthcare (diagnostics, medical devices, or pharma) or 2 years plus clinical patient-care experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to educate providers and stakeholders.
• Ability to learn technical product information quickly and translate into benefits for providers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through prospecting and executing national strategies.
• Target and engage healthcare providers, primarily in primary care, to adopt Shield CRC testing.
• Educate providers with in-depth product knowledge and training for smooth workflow integration.
• Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to align sales plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand coverage with labs for reach and phlebotomy agreements.
• Plan and execute launches of new cancer screening technologies.
