Job summary

iHeartMedia in Reading, PA is seeking an Account Executive to drive local and regional sales across Broadcast and Digital Marketing products. You will identify new business opportunities through client meetings, research, and proactive outreach, while leveraging our full suite of platforms to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with goal-oriented mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cold-calling and lead generation.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and sell Broadcast + Digital Marketing products to new clients.
• Identify opportunities through in-person meetings, research, and cold-calling.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and campaigns.
• Deliver data-fueled sales presentations.
