Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and related activities including order entry, quotes, and program administration.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to maintain goodwill.
• Maintain accurate customer contact files for assigned accounts.
• Develop product knowledge to support customers and internal teams.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
