Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Customer Care Advocate I to serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, handling inquiries, orders, quotes, and billing issues in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will manage the full order life cycle, resolve problems, and work with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, Scheduling and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• US Person with US permanent residence required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of Expeditor/Customer interface within engineered products preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic internet searching.
• Customer focused with strong communication skills.
• Self-starter and creative thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned key accounts and/or market segment activity across orders and quotes.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and billing issues to maintain goodwill.
• Handle order entry and lifecycle from start to finish.
• Provide first-call resolution and build customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Shipping, Scheduling and Engineering.
• Maintain accurate customer contact files and ERP system knowledge.
