Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to feed customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage orders from creation to delivery using Microsoft D365 and ERP tools.
• Resolve complaints and respond promptly to sales order questions and inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers, sales teams, and cross-location teams.
• Assist with credits, rebills, invoices, and other department activities.
