Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Radford, VA seeks a Customer Care Advocate to act as liaison between customers and internal teams, handling order verification, inquiries on pricing and delivery, and proactive issue resolution.

You will enter orders in the ERP within 24 hours, provide quotations, and maintain relationships through high-quality service, while training and supporting distributors on self- service tools.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams; communicate day-to-day issues.
• Receive incoming calls for immediate resolution and maintain service standards.
• Provide quotations on standard products using established tools and procedures.
• Enter orders into the ERP system within 24 hours of receipt with high accuracy.
• Serve as customer advocate when working with internal teams.
• Review and validate customer requests for credit/debit adjustments.
• Promote and train distributors and customers on self-service tools.
• Issue RMAs and interpret return policies; quote repair procedures.
• Partner with Operations to expedite deliveries as required by customers.
• Maintain customer records in accordance with Regal Rexnord policy.
