Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Customer Care Advocate II to serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries including orders, quotes, and product questions. The role operates in a hybrid environment across South Beloit, IL; Milwaukee, WI; and Florence, KY, with emphasis on ownership, accountability, and responsive service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional customer care experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and familiarity with ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; college degree or related experience preferred.
• Three years of professional Customer Care experience required.
• Post-secondary education in a technical-related field preferred; Electro-mechanical background helpful.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Regal Rexnord Customer Care or comparable business experience.
• Customer Care Advocates participate in Coaching programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for orders, quotes, product questions and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive resolution on open orders and shipments.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Assist with training tools and aids for the department.
• Handle escalations and provide first-contact resolution when possible.
• Support Engineering and other departments to verify complex customer requests.
