Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Account Director you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

You will manage retention, upsells, and maintain a single voice with strategists and delivery teams, while carrying a seven-figure annual quota. This is a full-time remote role in the USA or Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency with strong account management skills.
• Proven ability to retain clients and drive additional revenue with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying and meeting a sales/quota targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a book of recurring agency clients.
• Drive retention, renewals, and early warnings of account drift.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand projects across clients.
