Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Account Director you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

Base plus commission, split 50/50. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure clients hear one clear voice and achieve ongoing expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and upselling work.
• Comfort with quota-carrying roles.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage retention across your client book and renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and win additional projects.
• Meet a seven-figure annual quota for retention and upsells.
• Coordinate with strategists and delivery teams to present a unified voice.
